Home Insurance Discounts

The following are some common discounts offered to clients from some of our insurers. However, not all discounts apply to each case. Individuals may need to be evaluated against certain criteria.

Alarm Discount for central alarm monitored by experienced personnel or local audible alarm on 24 hour security guard
Claim Free Discount where the insured maintains a verifiable claims-free record over a certain number of years
New Home Discount applied to new owner-occupied homes
Mature Market Discount available to policyholders who have reached a certain age (such as 50 or older)
Mortgage Free Discount available for home owners with no mortgage on their dwelling(s)
Non Smokers Discount available when the residents of the insured's household do not smoke
